Neighborhood

Nestled into part of Potrero Canyon, this neighborhood sits just above Pacific Coast Highway 1 at Will Rogers Beach. Within a 20 minute walk and 5 minute drive, you will find the new Palisades Village built by developer Rick Caruso who also built The Grove in West Hollywood and Americana in Pasadena. In the Palisades you will find a movie theater, some of the best grocery stores in Los Angeles like Gelson's, Erewhon and Ralph's. Tons of shops and restaurants, a hardware store, the Palisades Recreation Center with a sand park and basketball courts for kids and best of all Will Rogers Beach and Temescal Canyon Park with trails for hiking.

Just a few minutes down the road is Will Rogers Park with more hiking and views of all of Los Angeles, this park also hosts the annual Veuve Clique Polo tournament. Just 10-minutes south is Santa Monica and in the oppostite direction north, a beautiful 20 minute drive to Malibu, but remember, this is LA so you can never predict traffic!
